Terms of service

Last updated: October 29, 2026

1. Who you're buying from

You're buying from AttorneyProblems, a trade name of NGC 7293 Dev LLC, a New York limited liability company (the "Seller," "AttorneyProblems," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms are an agreement between you and the Seller and apply to every order for our products, whether placed on this store or through another company's app or AI assistant.

You can reach us at support@attorneyproblems.com, or by mail using the details on our Contact Information page.

2. Not a law firm

AttorneyProblems sells humor merchandise. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. Nothing on this site, on our products or in our emails is legal advice. Buying from us, or contacting us, does not create a client-lawyer relationship, and the protections of a client-lawyer relationship do not apply to your purchase or to any communication with us.

3. Orders

  • Made to order. Our items are made for your order, after you place it, by one of our production partners, which are third-party print-on-demand companies.
  • Confirmation. When you order, we send an email confirming that we received it. That email is not our acceptance. A contract forms when we accept your order by sending it to production. Before then we may decline or cancel an order, for example if a price or product was listed in error, if we suspect fraud, or if we can't fulfill it. If we do, we'll tell you and refund everything you paid within 7 business days.
  • Changes and cancellations. Because each item is made for you, we can change or cancel an order only before it goes into production. Email support@attorneyproblems.com with your order number as soon as possible. If production hasn't started, we'll use reasonable efforts to make the change or cancel, and we'll refund a cancelled order in full within 7 business days.
  • Orders through other apps. If you buy our products inside another company's app or AI assistant, your order is with us, and these Terms apply to it; that company's terms apply to your use of its app. An order an AI assistant places for you with your authorization is your order.
  • Age. You must be at least 18 years old to order.

4. Prices, payment and taxes

  • Prices are in US dollars. If a listed price is wrong and we find out after you order, we'll refund any amount you paid above the correct price. If the correct price is higher and your order hasn't gone into production, we'll contact you, and you can pay the difference or cancel for a full refund; if it has, we'll honor the price you paid.
  • Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor, or by the company whose app you buy in. For orders on this store, your card statement will show ATTORNEYPROBLEMS.
  • Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping Policy.
  • We collect sales tax where the law requires it. In some states, including New York, shipping charges are taxable when the items shipped are taxable.
  • Promotions. We may offer discounts, bundle prices or other promotions from time to time, and we can change or end a promotion at any time. A promotion applies only to orders placed while it runs, and can't be applied to earlier orders.
  • Gift cards.
  • Our digital gift cards can be used only on this store. They never expire, and we never charge fees on them.
  • Cash back. If a card's remaining balance is under $15, or at least 90% of its value has been used, we'll pay the balance in cash on request: by check, or by electronic payment if you agree. Email support@attorneyproblems.com with the card code. Otherwise gift cards can't be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires.
  • Lost or exposed codes. Keep your code safe, like cash. If it's lost or someone else may have seen it, tell us. We'll replace any balance that hasn't been used with a new code, at no cost. We can't replace a balance someone else has already used.
  • Refunds. Gift card purchases are final, except where the law requires.
  • Sending a gift card. If you send a card to someone, we use their name and email address only to deliver and support it.
  • Taxes. Buying a gift card isn't taxed. Sales tax applies to taxable items when you use the card.
  • Changes to these Terms don't change the terms of a gift card already issued.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship only to addresses in the United States, and we may limit shipping to certain states from time to time. We ship every order within 15 business days. Our Shipping Policy explains how that works and what happens if there's a delay. Until your order is delivered to the address you gave us, it's our responsibility: if it's lost or damaged on the way, we'll replace it or refund you, as our Shipping Policy and Return Policy explain.

6. Products

  • Our products are made on demand: printed, embroidered, engraved, knitted or sewn for your order. Product photos are illustrations, so colors on screen can differ slightly from the finished item, and placement can vary a little from item to item.
  • Sizes follow the size chart for each product. Please check it before you order, because we can't exchange sizes.

7. Returns and our 30-Day Limited Warranty

Our Return Policy is part of these Terms. Because every item is made for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or size. Items that arrive misprinted, damaged or defective are covered by our 30-Day Limited Warranty, set out in full in the Return Policy.

That warranty is in addition to any implied warranties you have under the law. These Terms do not disclaim or limit them.

8. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows: (a) our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order; and (b) we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

These limits do not apply to personal injury, or to any liability the law does not allow us to limit. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

9. Our content and your reviews

The designs, text and images on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site to shop and to share links to it. Please don't copy, reproduce or sell our designs.

Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to post honest reviews of our products.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This does not take away the protection of any consumer law of the state where you live that can't be waived by contract.

Any lawsuit about these Terms or an order must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Albany County, New York, unless the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. You and we consent to those courts' jurisdiction. Either of us may bring an individual claim in a small claims court that has jurisdiction over it.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version posted when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

12. General

  • These Terms, together with the Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about your order.
  • If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • If we don't enforce a provision right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later.
  • We may send you order and shipping notices by email.
  • "Business days" means Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Other periods in these Terms are calendar days.
