Refund policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
All sales are final, except items that arrive misprinted, damaged or defective. Those are covered by our 30-Day Limited Warranty below.
Returns and refunds
Every item is made to order for you, so:
- No change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including for size. Please check the size chart before you order.
- Sale items follow the same rules as full-price items. We don't sell anything "as is."
- Proof of purchase. We need your order number, from your order confirmation email, to handle any claim.
- Time limits. Claims for items that arrive misprinted, damaged or defective must be made within 30 days after delivery. Claims for a lost parcel must be made within 30 days after the estimated delivery date (see our Shipping Policy).
- How refunds are paid. We issue approved refunds to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. It can then take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. We don't give refunds in cash or as store credit. If you paid with a gift card, we refund that part of your payment to the same gift card. Gift card purchases themselves are covered by our Terms of Sale.
- No fees. We never charge a restocking or other fee on a refund. We usually don't need a defective item back; if we do, we'll send a prepaid label.
- Written copy. You're entitled to a written copy of this refund policy on request. Email support@attorneyproblems.com.

30-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
Who gives this warranty. NGC 7293 Dev LLC, doing business as AttorneyProblems, 418 Broadway, Suite N, Albany, NY 12207. You can reach us at support@attorneyproblems.com, or by mail at that address.
Who it covers. The original purchaser, and anyone who receives the item as a gift, for 30 days after the item is delivered.
What it covers. Items that arrive:
- misprinted: the wrong design, or a print that is flawed, smudged or incomplete;
- with a manufacturing defect, for example a hole, a failed seam or a cracked mug; or
- damaged in transit.
It also covers orders where we sent the wrong item.
What it doesn't cover.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage from use that goes against the care instructions on the product page.
- Small variations in color or print placement that are normal for items made to order.
- Fit. Sizing isn't a defect (see "No change-of-mind returns or exchanges" above).
What we'll do. We'll replace the item with an identical one at no charge, including shipping. If we can't replace it, we'll refund what you paid for the item, including its share of shipping and tax.
How long it lasts. You must make your claim within 30 days after the item is delivered.
How to make a claim.
- Email support@attorneyproblems.com within 30 days after delivery. If you can't email, write to us at the mailing address above within the same 30 days.
- Include your order number and a photo that shows the problem.
- We review each claim in good faith against this warranty and tell you the outcome by email.
- We usually don't need the item back. We may ask you to return it before we replace or refund it; if we do, we'll send you a prepaid label, so returning it costs you nothing.
- Once your claim is approved, and any item we asked for has reached us, we ship the replacement within 15 business days or issue your refund within 7 business days.
Limits. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, except for personal injury or where the law does not allow this exclusion. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty does not limit any implied warranties you have under state law.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
